Welcome to Arc 9, a mobile application developed by MK Productions LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and protects the interests of both the developers and MK Productions. By using Arc 9, you agree to the terms stated in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue using the app.

Information Collection and Use

Local Data Storage
Arc 9 stores non-personal game data — like high scores, achievements, in-game progress, and settings — locally on your device to enhance your gameplay experience. We may save your High Scores and use them with Game Center.

Game Center Integration
Arc 9 may integrate with Apple's Game Center for leaderboards and achievements. Any personal information (e.g., your Game Center nickname) is handled by Apple's systems. We do not receive or store any personally identifiable information from Game Center.

Advertising
Arc 9 may display interstitial ads or rewarded interstitial ads or other advertisements via third-party services (e.g., Google AdMob). These services may use technology such as cookies or device identifiers to provide relevant ads. We do not receive or store any personal data from these ad providers. In-App Purchases
Arc 9 offers optional in-app purchases (such as Remove Ads and Extra Shields) processed through Apple's App Store. All payment information is handled by Apple. We do not collect, store, or have access to any payment details.

No Direct Personal Data Collection
Outside of Game Center's Apple-managed data and the anonymized data used by ad services, Arc 9 does not directly collect personal information such as names, email addresses, or payment details.

Liability Disclaimer

1. No Liability for Damages — MK Productions LLC and the developers of Arc 9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the app.
2. Use at Your Own Risk — Arc 9 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Arc 9 will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or error-free.
3. No Financial Liability — MK Productions LLC and the developers are not responsible for any financial losses or damages arising from the use of Arc 9, including in-app purchases or any transactions facilitated by third-party services.
4. Security — While we strive to safeguard your device-stored data, we cannot ensure absolute security. Your interactions within Arc 9 or with third-party services are at your own risk.
5. Third-Party Services — Arc 9 may display links to third-party websites or services. MK Productions LLC has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third parties.
6. No Endorsement — The inclusion of third-party links or ads does not constitute an endorsement by MK Productions LLC.

MK Productions LLC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the updated policy within Arc 9.
